Sri Lanka is experiencing severe floods and landslides that have displaced thousands of people and damaged countless homes. Many families are struggling without basic essentials such as food, clean water, clothing, and safe shelter.
As an organization committed to helping our community, we have launched a fund to provide urgent relief. Your donation will directly support emergency supplies, temporary housing, medical care, and other essential needs for those affected.

Dear all,
Thank you very much for your swift and generous contributions to NLforSL. Your support has enabled us to raise 2,300 euros within just a few days, which is now being transferred to Sri Lanka to provide humanitarian aid in the Central Province, primarily in the Ulapane, Welimada and Nuwara Eliya areas. Our trusted volunteers are currently distributing cooked meals to those without facilities, as well as dry rations to families who are able to prepare their own food.
As a second phase, we plan to support the rebuilding of homes for a selected number of affected families.
I would also like to remind you that the Netherlands for Sri Lanka Foundation is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) as a charity organization and is therefore a suitable candidate for your organization’s CSR initiatives. If you are in a position to propose us within your organization, this would be of immense help to Sri Lanka, and I am sincerely grateful to those of you who have already taken this initiative.
In addition, NLforSL has ANBI status (Public Benefit Organization), which means your donations are deductible in your income tax return.
