Our mission is to work toward eliminating absolute poverty in Sri Lanka by supporting vulnerable and low-income communities who lack access to basic goods and essential services. We focus especially on children and the elderly, helping improve their standard of living through education, healthcare, and essential support. Based in the Netherlands, we raise funds transparently and responsibly -primarily from the Sri Lankan community - through events and activities that contribute directly to alleviating suffering and creating lasting positive change in Sri Lanka.

Living in the Netherlands since 1993, working as a CNC-programmer while leading our foundation with dedication. United by the economic crisis impacting vulnerable citizens, we established NL for SL to improve living conditions in our motherland.
Corporate Finance professional with Environmental science expertise, working with NGOs across Europe and Africa. Though I left Sri Lanka 32 years ago, my goal remains contributing to sustainable development and improved well-being for our people.
52 years old from Mount Lavinia, living in Oosterwolde with my wife and four children. After 33 years in the Netherlands, we united to create this organization and make a meaningful difference for Sri Lanka together.
