NL for SL — Hope to Home

Today, the NL for SL Hope to Home Housing Project was officially launched in the Sogama settlement of the Paradeka division, led by the Divisional Secretariat of Udapalatha. The initiative provides a deserving family with a safe and dignified home — a dream brought to life through the generosity of Sri Lankans living in the Netherlands.

The financial support for this project comes from a dedicated group of Sri Lankan expatriates based in the Netherlands, while the Udapalatha Divisional Secretariat oversees its on-the-ground implementation. Though miles away from their homeland, these individuals chose to stand beside those in need — a testament to the bond that never fades with distance.

NL for SL is deeply grateful to all those who joined hands with our office to make this possible, and we look forward to seeing the Hope to Home project reach a successful and meaningful completion.
